The Best Training Tape

I have tried them all and my personal review is rated the most helpful review in Amazon as proof.  The review on Amazon is below.

This tape is the only tape brand I will buy forever. Other tape brands had issues of residue, easy to tear, etc. This brand is:


a. easiest to tear, can do it with one hand. very helpful as I use it on my wrist and have to tape with my right hand only


b. has zero residue when removed, even when using a stick on spray


c. MOST IMPORTANTLY, it does not get harder to remove from the roll the closer you get to the center. All other tapes were very difficult to use the tape when getting to the end (center) of the roll. This tape is easy to spool off even at the very end of the roll.

Don't waste your time with other tapes as I tested several of them. This is the best.

The Best Knee Brace

Bauerfeind - GenuTrain- Knee Support

 

With two bad knees, these things have been a lifesaver. 

​

Left knee: Meniscus damage from a knee bar that went on faster than I could tap.

​

Right knee: A huge blue belt had an uncontrolled fall onto me and tore my LCL.

​

This knee support lasts longer than any of the others I have purchased (about a year with 5 day/week training) and is the most comfortable.

​

Many braces will pinch the backside of the knee when in a low squat position that irritates through a training session, but this one does not.  

​

Ample knee support, great patella protection (Osgood Schlatter) and it stays in place. Lastly, it will not poke or injure your training partner as the side supports are a weaved coil.
